I have this - a fantastic package. A no-brainer for Prince fans at under fifty bucks.

I notice some bad reviews of the music itself - I love this album. It's a bit more laid back than early Prince, but a great listen nonetheless.

Box set selling for $151 from Aust. Amazon Warehouse - "large cosmetic damage on item case"

 

It’s a shame they don’t provide a better description or photo - it could be a large tear, pen, chocolate stain, water damage, anything really. And is the ‘item case’ the outer box or one of the individual digi-paks?

 

You can bet that it's one they shipped "nude" removing the manufacturer outer box, with an address label stuck directly on the actual product, because I have all of these sets and they were all shipped in bullet proof packaging. I've been caught out a few times now by Amazon doing this. You then conclude that after you return it, then it gets resold as a "warehouse deal". Having said that I've also bought quite a few warehouse deals that have been brand new, undamaged in the shrink. Dems Da Breaks!

Cheers mate, I will take a punt on that. This is on Mike from In-grooves 100 best AAA releases so interested to hear the SQ. I can live with a damaged cover at that price. Is there a way of looking through warehouse stock or can you only find it on individual listings?

 

On the website (not the phone app) next to the search bar is a drop down menu. Change this to Amazon Warehouse and search under 'CD' or 'vinyl'.

I hope this LP works out for you. Potentially a very good score.

 

Careful - there are 2 IMPEX versions, one very exxy, one not so.
Also, this was item was selling brand new on Amazon in the high $50's the week before it appeared in the used Warehouse (it's been there for more than 3 weeks), so this isn't *such* a deal.

Not to go down a rabit hole but There’s also an audiophile a&m pressing released in canada (made in japan) as part of a series of a&m artists, not sure how it compares to the other japanese editions
