Amazon France..Anyone buy from here?

I have pre-ordered The Beatles Boxset from Amazon France

Just wondering has anyone bought from there and what is the returns like?

Returns are just like every other Amazon websites. There are ways to contact them in English if you can't handle the language.

 

Contacted them a few days ago, yet no response.

 

I’ve purchased from them without problems.

 

That seems very unusual to me. They usually respond within 24 hours. How did you contact them ?

 

Do you know the return policy? It is free to return something to UK from Ireland but not sure as to within the rest of the EU?

 

Never been a problem. Their shipping is to me even a bit more cheap than Amazon Germany or Amazon UK.

 

Do happen to know if to return an item the shipping is free to do so?

 

I never needed to, but I think (!) it's at all Amazon sites the same.

 

So if I was to buy Amazon. Com from Ireland I could return for free? Never knew that
