Anyone coming to the CES in January?

I'm planning to attend. Should be a good show from what I'm hearing.

 

I'll be there for the Audiophile show and "T.H.E." show from Thurs-Sat, hope I'll be able to meet you there Steve.
I'm also ready to max-out my credit card(if my wife hasn't already with Xmas) for audiophile software because I heard there will be a lot of new releases from the reissue foundry..........are you aware of any Steve?

Be sure to visit the audio exhbit area at the Alexis Park. The various audiophile web stores and some of the audiophile labels usually sell discs there at sale prices during CES. You'll find some deals there.

I'm going to try to make it this year. I have family up there.

 

I wish I could make it. Could some of you give us a report after it's all over? I'm particularly interested in whether Sony is going to show any new SACD hardware (e.g., replacements for the SCD-CE775, 'C222ES, and 'C555ES).

CES: Industry Only?

Are any of the CES exhibits open to the general public? It was my understanding that CES was open only to people in the industry (i.e., manufacturers and dealers).

 

I would love to visit the CES Exhibit. Maybe it will come to Philadelphia
one of these years.

CES is the Consumer Electronics Show. The General Public can get a Exhibit Pass (Check the web site). I hope to see forum friends there. Steve, I'll see you there on Friday. How about breakfast?
