I'm kinda having buyer's remorse over the ones I bought, may return some. If anybody needs CCR Chronicle or Rubber Soul, let me know and I'll sell them at cost + postage.

Thanks to the OP for bringing this to our attention. I didn't get to BestBuy until today (several days later) and expected there to be nothing left...but there was some decent stuff: Billie Eilish: When We All Fall Asleep : $7.99 Billie Eilish: Don't Smile at Me: $7.99 Billie Eilish: Happier than Ever: $11.99 Jimi Hendrix: Experience Hendrix $8.49 The Essential Bob Dylan: $10.99 The Jimi Hendrix Experience: Are you Experienced? $5.99 The Beach Boys: Sounds of Summer: $8.49 Metallic: Kill Em All: $9.49 The Who: Sell Out: $14.99 Alabama Shakes: Sound & Color (Deluxe 2LP): $12.99 Was hoping to find King Crimson. But nope.
I was at my local Best Buy yesterday to buy a MacBook Pro for my youngest child's b-day and I grabbed two vinyl titles that I'd like to own at the right price. This was one of them.... Muse – Origin Of Symmetry: XX Anniversary RemiXX $11.99, might be the only opportunity to partake in this sale but I consider this to be a pretty good score.

Will update when I find out what they have.
^^^ would be a little more helpful to know what each one rang up (makes the stack smaller to take to a register to pricecheck) Just sayin'...
Hit up my local Best Buy today. Strange that some titles I bought were different prices than what others have gotten, but none of this makes sense when they're not otherwise marked other than scanning them at a register. Beatles - Rubber Soul - $9.49 Beatles - 1s - $17.99 (whereas someone previously noted they bought it for was $27.99) Sly & The Family Stone - There's a Riot Goin' On - $18.98 (someone else got it for $10.99 above) Then the really weird one... found Barbara Acklin's "Seven Days Of Night" LP. It wouldn't ring up at the register as Barbara Acklin but instead the UPC was showing as Captain Beefhart's "Trout Mask Replica." They looked in multiple systems and couldn't find it as Barbara Acklin, couldn't find anything of Barbara Acklin in the system, or Seven Days Of Night. They called a supervisor over and he couldn't make sense of it either, and his only explanation was that it possibly was shipped mistakenly with other product. At that point, they didn't have a way to sell it to me since they couldn't find it in the system. So I googled the UPC myself and found a link to Best Buy with a listing for it showing with the Acklin album cover. I also found the Beefhart records with the same UPC. Relating to Acklin, I can find info about a 2009 reissue from City Hall Records, but the only possible issue I can see of it that might be this release is this one: Barbara Acklin - Seven Days Of Night (Vinyl, US, 0) For Sale | Discogs Anyway, they sold it to me for $23.99. PopMarket has it listed for $30.79. What the hey, I went for it. One of my strangest record purchases, possibly ever.
Went to a second BestBuy today and got: Muse: Origin of Symmetry (Remix, 2LP) $11.99 Tom Petty Greatest Hits (2LP): 10.99 Metallica: The Black Album (2LP) : $10.99 The Cars: Moving in Stereo Best of The Cars (2LP): $11.99 Brandi Carlisle: In These Silent Days $13.99 Eagles: Live at the Forum '76 $11.99 CCR: Chronicle $10.99 Coldplay: Music of the Spheres $9.49 Olivia Rodrigo: Sour : $9.99 I also had a bunch of other LPs that didn't scan at particularly attractive prices and I left there (Beatles #1, a couple of Dylan box sets, a Joe Strummer best of, others... Also, there were a few Sundazed LPs (a couple of Lovin' Spoonful, a Bo Didley album) that didn't give any results when the guy tried to scan them. And they had a copy of King Crimson's Red--same deal, wasn't in the system.
Went to a couple today. Looked very picked over except for a lot of the titles listed in this thread so not sure if someone came in and scooped all the good stuff or if that’s just how it has been at these stores in terms of stock. Anyway, got a few for myself and for my son. The only thing not mentioned so far on my list was AC/DC’s Back in Black for about $9.
Glad I stumbled across this thread. Just restarted listening to vinyl after several years without a turntable. I didn't notice Chris Stapleton mentioned earlier. Also picked up Marvin Gaye: What's going on. Chris Stapleton: Traveller $11.99
The cost of a single front-line vinyl LP new in 1985, on a good sale was about $5.00. That's roughly the tail end of vinyl dominance in the vinyl era. That comes out to $13.83 in today's dollars. So these BestBuy albums are cheaper than that--and many are doubles.
Prices between stores seem to be all over the place. I checked out another store, and this time, Beatles 1 was the $17.99 (instead of the $27 at a different one). One of the stores had a copy of Soul Asylum - Grave Dancers Union. But the guy behind the counter said it wasn't even in their system at all, mistake that the store even received it. So I was unable to buy it -- at any price.
