The first time I saw that in the theater I just lost it when the band hit the "dun dun dum dum" from (I think) Ain't That A Man.

It's a shame that copy of the video cut off the introduction - "Everybody on this stage gotta sing the blues." It's the setup, and her singing the song is just the punchline.
