Just a heads up for people who were too late before they went out of print or didn't want to pay the recently absurd price points of $200+ (Get a gander of the "used" prices). Just be aware that though these are new copies the inserted download card for the live shows have long since expired. And though these are 3rd parties, some are fulfilled by Amazon UK.

Still - 70 bucks for this box is an absolute steal. (And no, I am not a seller on Amazon or affiliated in any way.)
