As well as the CDs, which I listen to on the stereo, all my Dylan gets ripped into iTunes, with the tagging changed around so it's all sorted by chronological order of performance (with notes kept on source, of course, and with alternate versions of same track differentiated). I also redo the track numbering to take into account known tracks I'm missing (or everyone is missing). It's mostly for headphones listening at the computer, but it helps make sense of how everything fits together in his career.

Bjorner is helpful, but it's still a confusing process at times, and I remember there was part of one session of BS15/Copyright'69 I couldn't reconcile. When I get some time over the next few days, I'll see if this list solves the problem. If not, I'll follow up!

I somehow missed this one, just found out about it with the 1970 copyright news. Shoot, was hoping an outtake for Tonight I'll Be Staying Here With You existed.

Does anyone have any info on "Running"? Original or cover?

Apologies, I have been doing some further reading/listening, and it seems I missed a duplicate of "I Still Miss Someone" across the two sets. In my defence, this stuff can be tricky, with so many comments referring to previous posts, etc. Earlier in this thread, there was talk of take 5 of "I Still Miss Someone" being a duplicate of one of the take 4s; I still believe take 5 from 17 February to be a unique performance. However, @revolution_vanderbilt mentioned another duplicate of the same song, but his comments crossed over into another thread and the ramifications were lost on me at the time. What he was talking about was the tracks marked as takes 2 and 4 from 18 February being one and the same. Having compared the two this morning, I concur with his assessment. A revised listing follows.

And it's worth noting that one bootlegged take of One Too Many Mornings with Johnny Cash, from 2-18, is not on either set (likely intended to appear on the 50th anniversary set but instead replaced with an alternate mix of the take used on TT.) There are of course bits and snippets edited out of tracks for the release that can be heard on bootleg, but that is the one proper take that was left unreleased but booted.

I have gone through both sets, organised them into session order, and colour-coded the tracks from Travelin' Thru and the 50th Anniversary Collection 1969 for ease of reference. I have also made a careful comparison of all potential duplicates, and it is my conclusion that there are only two duplicated tracks, which I have noted in red. There was talk earlier in this thread of "I Still Miss Someone (Take 5)" being a duplicate of one of the two take 4s, but, IMO, this is a unique take.

One recording that you missed on the 1969-02-14 sessions above is the take of "Country Pie" found on the Another Self Portrait set.

If the version on Travelin' Thru is truly take 2, I'd think that the ASP recording is likely take 1 -- it sounds a bit rougher. I believe that the ASP set labels it as an 'alternate take' only.

BS10 was beyond the scope of my comparison, which, as clearly stated, only covered BS15 and the 1969 copyright set. The aim was to identify duplications across those two sets, not to provide a complete overview of the recording sessions, or to note every officially released track from the period.
