CD shops in jakarta / Bali Indonesia?

Any recommendations?

I'm travelling there next month for a brief trip and would love to check out some store especially for second hand stuff. I'm mostly interested in hard rock / metal but dabble in pop too!

Also can anyone recommend some great Indonesian hard rock / metal??

I was in Bali in 2015. Don't remember seeing any music shops but saw a number of places selling counterfeit DVDs...

 

Counterfeit recordings was what my friend saw.

 

Better to search on the web instead. Are you planning to go on Bali? You can check out blogs on the web and oh, find indo community/groups on facebooks. I'm sure there are few locals that will know where to find CD shops in Bali. See also zhen9.org
