David Bowie's Reality

I actually listened to Reality on the way to and from a doctor's appointment. Sure, it isn't Ziggy Startdust Part II but I still dig it.

What boxset? It's not in "Brilliant Adventure 1992 - 2001"?!

 

Oh yeah !? Then I don't have it on vinyl. I have the old 10 CD box, so thats my only copy.

 

Excellent album and one I return to fairly often. Not a bad track on it and the bonus tracks that are out there in various editions are all worth hearing as well. His covers of Pablo Picasso, Waterloo Sunset, Try Some Buy Some are real treats especially Pablo. I know most of the lyrics by heart.

Very doubtful, Columbia/Sony lose their rights to all their Bowie catalogue when it folds into the catalogue currently managed by Parlophone/Warners in2023. If they are releasing anything, it'll just be old stock found in a warehouse.

 

I'll happily take old stock.

 

Well, since the album came out in 2003 I'm pretty confident some reissue will come out pretty soon.

I’m going to pull Reality off the shelf today. I tend to play Reality Tour live release from that era more often (love the setlist and arrangements of older songs!).
