So my big Blowout Bin haul is out for delivery today, but that White Stripes LP that I ordered is showing up as "Sent to Mail Recovery Center." From my minimal Googling, I've gathered that this is where undeliverable mail goes, such as when the address label is unreadable. Since it's showing up on my Informed Delivery dashboard, hopefully they'll put two and two together and figure out how to send it to me, but this is the 2022 USPS we're talking about, so I'm not getting my hopes up. Deep Discount always puts a label inside the package which I promptly discard after opening. I can't remember what's on the label, hopefully my address.
Hope you end up getting it through recovery. Your address is on that inside label. I am looking at mine from last week and it has the address so theoretically they can figure out where to send it.
I'm hoping for an ImportCDs sale around now as their prices are usually lower than DD on what I buy. I know they're essentially the same company.

My problem with the Blowout Bin: I consistently find items that I only vaguely want. Because I don't have a strong enough impulse to buy them right away, I put them in my want list...and then they go out of stock. And then I have a ridiculous amount of regret for not buying something that I only vaguely wanted in the first place. UGH.
The solution is, don't put them in your want list! That way, you will never know if a title goes OOS. I am actually a little glad that the DDBOB has not had titles that entice me enough to buy since I am spending so much on all the quality reissues coming out every month.
