Did a child from the late 1890s reincarnate into Bob Dylan?

Ringo bears a striking resemblance to this puppet I found on the internet:

I know a lot of people on this forum are old, but not 1890 might be pushing it.

The girl furthest to the left looks more like Rosie O'Donnell than that other kid looks like Dylan, or anyone else.

 

Tom Waits was born the day after Lead Belly died. That actually is a fairly plausible combination.

 

This thread is evidence that posting to an internet blog should be licensed in the same manner as ham radios.

 

There are a ton of ancient statues that look like Elvis...some are really amazing.
