Do they apply sales tax ?
Do they pack vinyl for shipment well ?
Do they ship quickly ? ( I don't need another Rhino situation )

They ship pretty damn quick unless it's a RSD / Black Friday type event.

Tax ?

Not to me. But I live in a Sales Tax Free State.

And, their shipping rates are reasonable.
