Another what might have been moment. As it is, I'm giving a four.

I already tipped my hand on Mexico. 5/5

Yes, there is repetition and as Lance argues what we have was likely not intended as the final product but it is wonderfully evocative and cinematic. I especially love the spaghetti Western horns.

This sounds like the soundtrack to a movie - and that’s a good thing. Underdeveloped as a song though, and as mentioned overly repetitive and long. Probably would have another section added to it at some point. Great for what it is though. 4/5

Wasn't there some suggestion it would end up on LA? If so, pity it didn't, even in this form.

Agree with everybody's comments. I'm going with a 4/5, 8/10 because it is repetitive - but lovely, too. Every time I play this, it makes me want to play Nicky Hopkins' "Sundown In Mexico" - which has a similar feel, and the Beach Boys "Short Skirts". Did that today at youtube, but need to make a comp. using all three.

A fine, if slightly conventional, cock-rocker, written and produced by Carli Munoz. It's enjoyable if conventional. The band sounds good; and there's an overall energy to the song that I like, especially the guitar and the horns. I guess I'll give it a weak 4/5.

If Bambu had been released this is the one Munoz song I would drop from the lineup. Not bad but there are Dennis songs I'd rather have on the track list. 3/5.

Ha ha. Yep, a "cock rocker". Fits on my most profane Beach Boys-related playlist. 4/5

I wouldn't want to lose any of the Carli tunes. I like this just fine. It's better than a 3/5. I'm going with a 4/5, 7/10.

Don't know about you guys, but I'm having a real moody day to get thru. Nicky dying has me in a spin. Don't see how Brian can continue to tour without him...

I don't think Brian has any choice whether he tours..

It is certainly a great loss.

Another fine soft rock song that could have fit on LA (Light Album). Another Munoz song. Missing a little spark that would make me give it a 5, but a fine, stately ballad that packs some emotion. 4/5

Personally, I like the Bambu stuff more than the POB stuff. It's Not Too Late feels a little unfinished (particularly in the second half) but I still find it effective. 4/5

Carl's vocal parts elevate the song to a 4/5 - without them it would be just a decent ballad. Dennis's vocal - even by the Bambu session standards - is sketchy, maybe as Daniel pointed out it may have been unfinished.

INTL: A bit too meandering for me but appreciate it is likely unfinished. Always nice to have a Carl vocal. I'd probably go 7/10 but can only go 3/5. Not quite a 4 for me.

I agree, again. Granted, stuff may not be finished, but the Bambu tracks don't move me as much as POB does. 4 for me, helped enormously by Carl's vocals.

One of the weaker tracks for me, but having Carl on it boosts the track to a 4/5, soft 7/10.

It's not that some of these songs sound unfinished, to me, some of them, like "I Love You"
seem to be two short pieces cross-faded together after the fact. Did Dennis do that, or did
    someone else?
