I'm thinking of building an anti-gravity listening room so that the earth's gravity doesn't interfere with the movement of my speaker coils.

Is there any other cheaper solution?

I'd suggest doing this at the bottom of the ocean floor to maximize isolation.

No, seriously. Is there a piece of equipment I can buy that will counteract the gravity effect? Building an entire anti-gravity room seems like it will be pretty expensive. But I really want to get the best sound possible.

You need to book a trip to the ISS (International Space Station) when it becomes available.

Physicists have yet to discover the quantum nature of gravity. Maybe you should sign up with NASA's Breakthrough Propulsion Program and help their scientists figure it out.

ugh. really? I have to go to the space station??

well, since I'm an audiophile, I guess I'll have to. I want to hear the music the way the artists intended.

    But...
Won't the gravity of the moon be stronger if I get closer to it?

You didn't think this through. Your tonearm won't stay in the groove without gravity.

Probably recorded with gravity turned on, so playback with gravity should be good. Always best to try all options though.

You'd be better off buying a 2 meter USB cable for $1,000. Money better spent lol.

Just polarity switches. Try reversing the Earth’s polarity, however this may cause your disc to spin backwards.
