Does anyone have any experience with JPC Musik?

hi, does anyone have any experience with jpc musik its a german site and i found a vinyl that i really want but ive read quite a few reviews saying that the customer service is poor and i dont know if i should trust them.

 

Word on the street I’ve heard is good.

 

You can order without worries. They're excellent and fully trustworthy. Never had a problem with their customer service. Professional and reliable. Recommended.

A lot of folks (myself included) purchased their recent Tangerine Dream boxsets from them. I think they might have had some issues with the way they formatted US addresses on the labels which (presumably) caused some long ship times.

P.S.The problem mentioned above in # 5 had something to do with a new form of shipment introduced by the German postal service last year , it is an online-only shipping method and German post was a bit slow to adjust their labelling system to country-specific address
variations (postal codes with letter/number combinations , house number before street name etc) , but I think this has been sorted now
