Anyone got "The Captain and me"?

    I'm thinking to buy it...

Just giving it it's first run through here. Alas - I have no DVD-A capability, but the surround dts mix is very nice. Additionally - the "stereo side" of this 2 sided disc has a stereo PCM track that plays on DVD-V players (or at least it plays on mine) - very nice stereo track, better than the CD.

I must admit that my initial copy of this was a CD-4 Quadrophonic record. I got real used that mix - and the stereo always seemed flat to me. I guess this is an example of mono vs. stereo for the 21st century (and I have no preference for surround formats - hell, I like the Beatles in mono!). This seems to warrant a purchase if you are a fan of the album - sounds great in surround - sounds great in stereo - and I haven't even heard the hi-rez mix...
