I have a very nice Dual 1019 that functions as intended except for one thing. The motor takes about 10 minutes to fully come up to speed. The motor has been thoroughly serviced, cleaned and lubricated, but there is significant wear on the copper thrust plate. Both sides have a dimple where the rotor has worn into the disc. Is there a suitable replacement/substitute available? I was told that a neoprene washer could work but have not tried that as yet. Thanks for any info.
