I have no Earth albums - which should I buy?

 

If you’re not familiar with them I recommend gettinf as many as you can afford in this order:

Hex
Bees Made Honey
Angels and Demons (there are 2 volumes)
Bureaucratic Desire
Primitive

Bureaucratic Desire is their earliest stuff here and I love it but maybe not the best place to start?

Better yet you can hear them all yourself for free at the bandcamp link and choose.

 

buy them all! $5 each is a steal IMHO.

 

I would swap those first two myself but yeah for $5 you can’t go wrong.

 

Thanks. I never heard of them but sampled them and like it so I bought all 8 titles on the link.

Now I know this is probably not the correct place to ask this but here goes anyway. I have not done much downloading and with the purchase of the CD I see I can download the albums too. I figure I should just get these in the highest quality I can so it looks like WAV must be what I should download. I have also seen some mention that FLAC is just as good and takes less space. Being this is an Audiophile site I would love if someone could give some advise or point me in the right direction to educate myself.

Yeah probably better asked elsewhere in the forum but now you own them as far as bandcamp is concerned and can download them however many times you like until Earth takes them down. I wouldn’t be too concerned until you find the info you seek.

 

No one here could reliably hear the difference between FLAC and WAV files. Either is more than good enough for human ears.

My CD got refunded....pricing mistake?

 

Looks like at least one of these CDs has sold out. Try a different title. My order has shipped.

 

When I go on to their site it says I have not made any purchases but on my paypal account it looks lite it went through and one disc had been refunded but I don’t know which ones. Looks like all I purchased is in my collection but don’t see where it says if cds have shipped or not

 

There's no active thread in the music forum, so I'll just say here that I got their newest, Full Upon Her Burning Lips, today. They've stripped back their sound for this and it's great. Highly recommended.
