Elton’s final US concert from Dodger Stadium is being live streamed on Disney Plus this Saturday the 19th. In all the articles I’ve seen, I haven’t seen whether it will be available on the service for viewing after the live showing. Has anybody seen any further info on this? I’d prefer to watch on a delayed basis over the Thanksgiving weekend.
Any live broadcast I've seen on Disney plus has been available afterward, but I don't know about this one specifically. If I had to guess, I would say it will be.
I got Disney Plus just for this show. I hope it will be on demand after because watching live on the east coast will be tough. I’m especially interested as Elton at Dodger Stadium in ‘75 was my first concert.
Surely must be as the showing time in the UK is in the middle of the night. Can't imagine many folks will stay up to watch it.
Signed up for D+ to watch this tonight. Much cheaper than the old PPV events back in the day. The special guests look cool. Very excited to see the show! Gonna be a long night though.
I will be tuning in! Caught the first of these Dodger Stadium shows a couple days ago and it was amazing, he sounded great
EJ sounds great so far. Great to see Davey, Nigel and Ray Cooper with him. Love Have Mercy on the Criminal.
Almost forgot this was happening tonight! Tuned-in just as ‘Rocket Man’ was starting. I can’t believe this tour is still going, I took my parents to see him in Denver in February 2019. Always great to see Elton perform, though. I saw him twice in the past decade and am very glad I caught him before it was too late!
REALLY enjoying this so far but it’s late here on the East Coast and I’m getting tired. Let’s hope after tonight the mouse people make it available on demand, or at the very least, replay it at a more suitable time for viewers in other time zones.
Caught the first LA show on Thursday and it was one of the highlights for me too! Love the guitar work on that one and Elton killed it vocally
Speaking of “Rocket Man,” I was also surprised with how much they jammed out at the end of it, and same with “Levon,” too. Even my parents, who went with me, said the arrangements were much longer than they were when they saw him in 2019. Agreed. And it makes me feel shocked that it and “Burn Down the Mission” were the two “bathroom break” songs for most people when I saw him. But what can you do?
