Neither have I, but there are sleeve notes. Specifically, I note that John's sleeve is coming unraveled at the shoulder. (The loose thread is painted out of most - but not quite all - commercial copies of the LP sleeve.)

Call me crazy, but I always felt that the iconic Sgt. Pepper's cover would have been even more perfect if the "new Beatles" were not shown behind the drum! It entices mystery about who the band is, and reinforces the idea that the Beatles wanted to "do away" with being seen as a "traditional band". You still have the "former Fabs" looking over the grounds/their name. Anyway, it's a simple but more effective cover like this...in my view... And, the inside gatefold would simply have been a close-up of the ground area, showing that the new album is "The Beatles" but not showing them... The back cover could remain red with the lyrics, minus the group photo at the bottom.
