    I finally was able to buy a complete set of the Todd/Pitts shorts on DVD. Also Toddy's shorts with Patsy Kelly.

    I'd go for a classic New Zealand comedy duo - Matt Heath & Chris Stapp.

    Their "Back of the Y" work is the apex of Kiwi do-it-yourself irreverent semi-drunk mickey-taking genius, complete with "stunts gone wrong".

    I remember them performing this bit (or at least parts of it) about Hate on the Ed Sullivan Show(?), though I'm not sure if it was this exact one or another performance of it, but the Sahara Desert line always stuck in my mind.

    Mr show (where’s
    My copy! Lol). I went down to watch them tape a couple
    Shows for inspiration and loved them. So happy when those guys made it.
