My old thread is locked. Thought this thread will let new members share their favourite 1960s tv series!!! As is .. my favourite is The Fugitive
all of the above and a hundred more! Lost In Space The Munsters Twilight Zone Outer Limits Once One Step Beyond Leave it to Beaver Beverly Hilliness My Mother The Car Green Acres
I like THE FUGITIVE, THE ADDAMS FAMILY and the TWILIGHT ZONE quite a bit. I like PETER GUNN, too, but it ran from 1958-61 so it didn't originate in the '60s.
To many to pick just one favorite. One I loved and still love that hasn't been mentioned yet is The Prisoner. When it came to US independent cable stations in 1969 and I saw it as a kid, I got hooked on it immediately, from the first episode I watched.
Loved it back then -- it ran right before or after The Prisoner -- but haven't watched an episode in decades. I'll have to revisit.
Picking one, The Monkees. Picking more than one, The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Get Smart F-Troop Secret Agent (Danger Man) The Prisoner The Wild, Wild West Batman Star Trek Mission Impossible
Star Trek The Prisoner Batman I have all three of these on blu-ray and watch them often. The Prisoner even makes David Lynch scratch his head.
The Twilight Zone Also: Dark Shadows Batman Lost in Space Star Trek Time Tunnel Speed Racer Johnny Quest The Prisoner Danger Man/Secret Agent The Prisoner, Danger Man/Secret Agent, & Twilight Zone…I discovered later in life - in the 1970s. But, I actively watched the other programs as a child growing up in the 1960s
What a great cartoon! I watched it all the time as a child. Created by comic legend Doug Wildey and inspired by cartoonist Milt Caniff’s classic comic strips “Terry and the Pirates” and “Steve Canyon” - I just added it to my list!
