Found an old JVC A-GX2 stereo amplifier in my garage

I don't even know how this came to be in my garage. I think a friend of mine gave it to me many years ago when he moved, and I obviously never used it. It was pretty clean since it had been inside a box. I plugged my Sony NC555ES to it and right now I'm listening to my Boston s/t SACD through some headphones. It sounds really... "clean" (it's a good thing).

The A-GX2 was made in Japan. I haven't been able to find any info reviews or anything on-line. Does anyone have one of these that could share an opinion? It's not a high-end piece of equipment by any means, but it's nice, compact and I think it's great. I'm thinking of keeping it in my bedroom and hooking up my PS1 to it!

 

Looks like a little newer design than my RK-11 (currently not being used). Bet it sounds OK.
