Frank Sinatra Japanese mini LP CDs

I saw 2002 Japanese mini LP CD releases of Only The Loney and In The Wee Small Hours the other day and wondered if they were any better than the recent domestic releases. Has anyone heard or heard anything about these releases?

 

Someone was kind enough to burn me a digital copy of the "Songs For Young Lovers/Swing Easy" from this series - it sounded like the current U.S. EOTC issue of that title (although I didn't compare every song). I suspect the "In the Wee Small Hours" and "Only the Lonely" you saw are the same deal - pretty packaging, but the same sound as the current discs.
