"Freddy Vs. Jason" makes a killing at the box office

    More than $36 million in opening-weekend box office. Not bad for a movie that's essentially a modern-day version of Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man. :D

    I have to admit, I'm planning on seeing this eventually whether it's any good or not. The combination of cinematic guilty pleasure and '80s nostalgia trip is too much to pass up.
