What prevents his shows from appearing on streaming platforms?

Along with Paramount’s vast film catalogue, one of the reasons many were interested in the Paramount+ streaming app was the possibility of complete seasons of Laverne and Shirley, Happy Days, and Mork and Mindy. At the moment, only one season of Happy Days is available, while the other two are still missing from the service.

All three are streaming on Paramount’s free PlutoTV app; however, only a handful of episodes are replayed every few days.
