(sigh...) Once again this thread keeps dropping the notifications. I just re-checked the 'Watch Thread' & 'Notify by E'mail' boxes the other day, and nothing... again... Thus my need (I guess) of making another useless post, sorry... Sure gets old finding that you keep missing a day or two of posts...
It's every forum that's based on the same forum software or whatever. The internet is broken. I go to 4 forums altogether same crap on all of them. Internet is broken .
When I quit receiving notifications on threads I’m watching, I will go to “Watched Threads” at the top of the page (next to New Posts) and sure enough, there will be that thread with unread posts. Open up the tread, read and notifications will happen again. Notifications appear to stop when you have unread posts for an extended period of time, at least that’s what I have noticed.
Yes, when you get a notification on a thread, if you don't click on it, it won't notify you till you visit the thread again.
