Seasons 1-7 of Game of Thrones on blu-ray for $74.49:

Tempting. Part of me thinks “wait for 4K discs”, but the other part of me says it will likely be a couple years before there’s a comparably cheap deal on those. What to do???

  2. Wait for all 8 seasons on 4K UHD, probably about three years, maybe never but I would wait to see.

The 8-disc Harry Potter series on 4K UHD just dropped to $79.49:

Another decent deal: the five Jack Ryan films (Hunt for Red October, Patriot Games, etc.) on 4K UHD for $36.03

That is an awful selection of titles with inflated prices

Ennio Morricone book + 4CD set - $25.76 (cheapest price.) My copy arrived today and it's nice, especially if you don't own a ton of Morricone.
Can be combined with the $5 book promo:

2 for 1 would seem to be a little more of a real deal since they chose the titles, randomly too. But i couldn't find two i could justify. The Bob Mould was pricey and not in stock. Thanks for the tip though. The Bobby Gentry box was 75 earlier today.

They had Gene Clark Sings For You on there at least. But yeah, you are pretty much exactly right.

(sigh...) Once again this thread keeps dropping the notifications. I just re-checked the 'Watch Thread' & 'Notify by E'mail' boxes the other day, and nothing... again... Thus my need (I guess) of making another useless post, sorry...

Sure gets old finding that you keep missing a day or two of posts... o_O

It's every forum that's based on the same forum software or whatever. The internet is broken. I go to 4 forums altogether same crap on all of them. Internet is broken .

When I quit receiving notifications on threads I’m watching, I will go to “Watched Threads” at the top of the page (next to New Posts) and sure enough, there will be that thread with unread posts. Open up the tread, read and notifications will happen again. Notifications appear to stop when you have unread posts for an extended period of time, at least that’s what I have noticed.

Yes, when you get a notification on a thread, if you don't click on it, it won't notify you till you visit the thread again.
