    I've been browsing some of the online stores for a copy of their 2CD Deluxe edition. I see used copies on Amazon asking $40, and one eBay seller wanted $179 for theirs. Why is this particular album of theirs in this format hard to find in New CD condition? Just out-of-print and to remain so?
