I like that <very short!> music clip. Nice that it's available in 5.1. Count me in!

It's just a short snippet but it sounds very promising. Having bought most releases by Jethro Tull and Ian Anderson so far, I'm in for this one, too. I will just have to decide which of the different versions to buy. The hardback book looks very good. :)

I like it and am always in for new IA/Tull releases...tempted by the book version, but it's pricy.

It´s interesting. For years, Ian claimed that it´s no use doing recordings because of illegal downloading and suddenly: Two concept albums in a row. But I like it! Keep ém coming

As far as I can see, they haven't announced who's done the surround mix for this. I'm not someone who feels that it's 'SW or no sale' but I think they ought to put this information up front, either way.

Thanks. A big enough name to mention in the initial press release, surely?

Jakko is also doing the mix for ELP's Brain Salad Surgery, which is also scheduled for an April release. I will be adding these two to my collection for sure!

The full version of this interview with Anderson will be part of the deluxe edition of Homo Erraticus. The album promises to follow Bostock’s increasing fascination, after a trip to an old library, with Homo Britanicus Erraticus — the unpublished writings of Ernest T. Parritt, an amateur historian.

wonders can be done in the studio however, I think it is a sign when there is a vocalist in the band....this is why I am thinking twice about the live show, if ian doesnt sing the tull songs it is a cover band much like the last tour

For a 66 year old who has done his share of singing over the decades, I still want to hear him sing. His range has suffered, but he still writes music I want to hear so I will be looking forward to this release. I love what he did with Thick as a Brick 2, so this will be another disc in my rotation. Any word on the release of Passion Play?
