Two, both in the living room. For evenings and early mornings when more classical/softer stuff is played, I mostly use a McIntosh MC2105 with AR3 speakers. When I want to rock out some, or just play louder, I switch over to the McIntosh MC2300 and JBL L100 Century's. Both systems use the McIntosh C22 preamp.

I often wonder what upgrades I could make if I consolidated them all to one.

Just one system. Some have a second bedroom system. But, when I go to my bedroom, it is for sleep.

1 system (detailed in my profile), 1 "appliance" ... 2?

Appliance is an Ikea bluetooth speaker, sits in the windowsill in my kitchenette. For those rare occasions when I need to listen to Spotify or YouTube.
