how to confirm HARLEM RIVER DRIVE 1st pressing?

greetings all... I'm new to posting on the forums, have researched and lurked here over the years.

Does anyone know any definitive ways to determine of my copy of this classic Palmieri HRD LP is an original first pressing? The collector I work with said it was just a really nice re-issue, but my research on Discogs has me wondering if it might be a FIRST. I asked him about it and he says that's what he remembers being told years ago when he bought it, but it's possible he's wrong it perhaps it is a 1st pressing....

Anyway, thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Sometimes the multiple listings and pictures/descriptions on Discogs dont tell the whole story... and certain titles/pressings dont necessarily have some tell-tale sign of "if THIS is in the deadwax it's definitely the 1st" or whatever.
