Are there tricks for determining whether an REM vinyl record (or other IFS releases) are from an original pressing? Initials to look for on the dead wax? Length or letter/number combinations in serial numbers? I have duplicate copies of all of their IRS releases and wondering if any of them have any enhanced value.
Look them up on Discogs. Info isn't always complete on there but best place to check and then continue from there if the info is not complete. It'll also give you an idea of value. Keep in mind that the information will likely be different for each release. Popsike is also good to check on recent sales data.
