I generally get new Tull releases from Burning Shed, because it's the "official" Tull store and I believe artists get a somewhat bigger cut of the proceeds. I haven't had any major issues with them. A bit of a drag having to pay for international shipping, but at least as a U.S. customer I get to skip the VAT.
I can’t read thru all the posts so just wondering what current estimates are for US delivery as my Amazon order has been pending for so long. Anyone have any idea?
Got my notification from Burning Shed too. To Canada. For some reason I don't think they can ship to US until Jan 20.
All I've read from @tootull has pointed to it being indeed corrected on both CD and stereo DVD (in addition to the already corrected 5.1).
Rhino just cancelled my standing order "Due to a technical error we had to cancel and refund the Thick As A Brick (50th Anniversary Edition) CD/DVD"
Just arrived. The CD disc has 2015 copyright and the DVD 2012. There IS a horizontal line below "Album duration 43:30" on the DVD.
Given Rhino are the distributors I wonder if that means all US retailers will do the same? No wonder it was so cheap in the US.
Given Rhino are the distributors this may take a while to filter down the retailers.I have it on order from ImportCDs but fully expecting a cancellation between now and 20 January.
