Isn't Primephonic primarily used by folks listening to music on their phones?

I think it's more common with small labels. :)

I've been enjoying this ARS Produktion SACD of Mozart Flute Quartets. Gorgeous sound quality - it's like having them there in the room, and the playing is superb.

You can listen on a phone. I'm listening to lossless streaming on my PC going through my DAC to my main system.

Can you provide a link or two to your playlists? I'm not familiar with Gauk or Golovanov. :)

How do you like Primephonic? Can you comment on sound quality, size of its library, and quality of the search engine? Have you tried Qobuz? If so, how does it compare in those regards?

The sound quality ranges from CD quality to 24 bit lossless. I don't have Qobuz. The search engine is okay, nothing special. It needs a desktop app; right now it's only accessible via a web browser, which makes for the occasional stutter. The library is smaller than Spotify at this point.

I've been getting it free since August. I have until mid-November to decide whether I want to pay $14.95 a month for it.

Images from our weeklong trip to Alabama. Music in the car was provided by CD & satellite radio. In the hotels we used our mid-90s Sony boombox & a box of cassette tapes.
