With the timing, I wonder if they could be considering playing some of these selections on the coming tour

If this is done with the same quality as the Head LP that Rhino put out last year, I am THRILLED!!!! :) :) :)

I have the "Sessions" CD set already, but the Bellman-mastered Rhino "Head" LP is the only reason I am interested in buying this... Rhino's been doing some terrific vinyl lately. I'd love to see more audiophile Monkees vinyl.

I'm curious to see which tracks will be in this set.

cool! I do not have a vinyl player though, maybe need to invest on one. Wish I saved my vinyls, I thought they were obsolete when cd came out.

    Good question... eight tracks?
At first I assumed there would be chatter and shedding on each track, but doesn't look like it. So it must be EP length.
Or maybe there will be more and it's not listed.

The good news is that the Midnight Train demo is on it.

Why don't they just reissue the full set again?

I was really looking forward to this, but only 8 selections? I suppose it's cheap enough, but I'm going to have to pass. If it were up to me, it would be a standard length with 7 tracks per side of the real gems on that release.

Anyone else get an email from Amazon saying there was a delay from the supplier? There doesn't seem to be an official release date on this one now. Interesting.
