Side three gets a lot of play in my cave, sides one, two and four not so much. Another live album where side three gets mucho plays, The Stones "Love You Live".

Yeah, and Saban & Belichick are underrated coaches, pepperoni is an underrated pizza topping, and the Kardashians are underrated for their sociocultural relevance.

Strapping Young Lad - For Those Aboot to Rock. Great document of Devin Townsend's insane heavy metal carnival. Unfortunately available only on DVD and an LP pressing from Spain. I have the LP and it sounds great!

Simon & Garfunkel Live 1969 never makes "best live album" lists but it is sublime and it is in my top 5 for sure

Love that release, probably gets somewhat forgotten because wasn't it originally a Starbucks exclusive or something. Really wish it would get a vinyl release. Those early versions of Bridge Over Troubled Water songs are stripped back and fantastic, some I actually prefer in that form to their bolstered out album counterparts.

Blow Your Face Out deserved a better album cover. It kills me when performers give it their all, and the a graphic designer phones it in. Especially with an album title like "Blow Your Face Out"!!!!!!!

Ten Years After - Recorded Live (1973)

Alvin Lee in top form. I think it's better than the Fillmore East recordings, and certainly not sloppy like at Woodstock. Includes definitive live versions of "I Can't Keep From Crying", I'm Going Home" and a towering "Help Me"...

    Replying to my own post...

That second song I noted should be "Angry Eyes." I'll plead faulty auto-correct.
