Seems like they can do what they want on Amazon. They get a lot of the same comments there.

 

I ordered a record from them a few years ago. They shipped it in between two squares of heavy corrugated brown paper stapled together. When I got it the cover was bent and the record scratched. I returned it and got a refund but will never buy from them again.

 

They're a pretty inscrutable outfit. Communications are pretty non-existent. It's not clear where they source their stuff from. And they do cancel orders with some regularity.

That said, I have bought and had delivered some amazing deals from them through the years. We're talking stuff like $150-200 box sets that are still selling for that price from everyone else for $10-20. That order of amazing deal.

So I still place orders with them and cross my fingers.

 

Damn, I've got ten grand burning a hole in my pocket. If only it were still in stock!
