    Nice. Cool idea.

    Odd thing is I've never had a problem with wet labels using the SC... I've cleaned hundreds of records with it by now.

    What I could use is a contraption that slowly spins the record in the SC; so, I don't have to do it.

    I seldom have a water drop run onto the label but it has happened. I have paper towel at the ready to dab it off.

    I'm not sure. I have one of those brushes designed for dusting off surface particles when I put them on the turntable to play. It is advertised as an anti static brush but how well it does that I just can't say. I seldom have issues with static on records but I don't know if that is more a product of using that brush before each play or simply the climate here in Eastern NC?

    I just stumbled upon this thread for the first time and thought the same...no offense to the OP but it seemed like a Rube Goldberg solution to a non-issue.
