Neil Young 24/88.2 and higher

Has anyone checked for sure if these recording are actually 24/192? I am trying out my hand at using Sonic Visualizer and when it doesn't crash on me, it appears this may be up-sampled. Same goes with a Mile Davis Kind of Blue I purchased at 24/192. Are these the real deal? There are so many Pono threads that I can't scourer them all to verify if anyone else has found the same or can verify this as an issue.

 

I checked Kind of Blue with MusicScope and while there isn't much above 45kHz, there is no hard cutoff and there is something up to 75kHz so it doesn't look like an upsample.
