I guess they had second thoughts. EDIT: Scrolling back a few posts it seems to be common knowledge that there is a sliding price scale based on demand so this isn't surprising since three were ordered this morning. My bad...

Did either of you get an email from Neil Young with a code to redeem to get your free replacement disc? I just did, and redeemed it right away. Strange that they sent a code, since when I sent them proof of purchase they said we will ship your disc as soon as it is available. I guess not. And the code redemption expires on 7/30.
No, my email from The Greedy Hand just stated that the DVD would be shipped: So it appears to be a done deal, no further hoops to jump through. My set was purchased from Amazon, BTW, not directly from The Greedy Hand.
No email, no code. I purchased from Greedy Hand and was told the replacement would ship whenever the new DVD was in stock.
Nothing from then since their initial “we will be in touch when replacement is available” email.I’m thinking it might be time to email them again -I purchased the stand alone DVD from US Greedy Hand-and attach their first response with proof of purchase.
