Nipsey Hussle shot dead outside his Los Angeles clothing store

This one still really hurts. I wasn't that familiar with his music apart from a couple of tracks but his philanthropy and business savvy mentality made him someone I really admired and looked up to. This wasn't just another rapper that lost his life due to gang violence, Nipsey was an icon in LA and set the template for future artists when it came to being successful as an independent artist while owning your masters and giving back to your community. I had the misfortune of accidentally seeing the footage of his fatal shooting and now I can't get it out of my mind. Truly heartbreaking.
