This copy came from Tom Port (Humorem, dccblowout) who sold a few like this on eBay, just as they came off the spindle.

Darn, I was going to get my wife to join and collect the disc for myself. On the otherhand, if she was a member she might see what I write about her and figure out that this forum is the sole root of all those cardboard cd packages we keep getting in the mail. Oh well....
