The same thing happened to me. I had no idea the promotion had actually worked (I thought it was bogus) and was pleasantly surprised after I purchased a Beatles box set to see that I had saved on it.

Yes, it is. The original link was from paypal.com. If you don't see the ad, try refreshing the paypal homepage a few times.
