Out of my collection of over a 2000 CD's & vinyl including most if not all those already listed here there is only one that meets the OP's criteria of true perfection:

    YES-Close to the Edge

I admit, I just don't understand this premise. I've always approached music as an album (I was into singles and the like back in the day, but that was long ago) for seemingly forever. As such, it's a journey from the beginning to end, and I tend to think of it in terms of the entire experience, rather than individual tracks.

I suppose if I could be bothered I could list tracks I particularly like, but I'm not sure it's too useful. I mean, take Billion Dollar Babies (Alice Cooper). Mary Ann is clearly a silly little tune that doesn't entirely fit with the album - but I'd not say it's not a perfect album because of that - it IS a perfect album.

I only listen to entire albums, so I guess that explains things.

There's plenty of albums where I like every song, but only 1 I've ever heard where I think "That is perfect, they couldn't have improved that in any way".

    Radiohead - The Bends.

Track 3 isn't quite as strong as the rest of the album in my opinion.
