Please help me with broadcasting dates for the 5th Dimension (Shebang, Upbeat etc.)

Hello,

I'm trying to find the original broadcast dates for two shows that the group the 5th Dimension appeared on. First, on the show Shebang hosted by Casey Kasem. They perform "Up, Up And Away" and "Another Day, Another Heartache". The clip claims to be from 1967, is that correct and if so what was the exact broadcast (if it was syndicated, please give me the earliest broadcast date you are aware of). Here are two screenshots:

I also have a clip of them performing "Go Where You Wanna Go" on Shebang. Probably it's from the same episode, but not necessarily as the outfits are different (anyone knows if that was from the same show or a different one, if so which episode was it from?):

The other show I'm wondering about is Upbeat where they performed three songs on the same episode ("Go Where You Wanna Go" + "Up, Up And Away" + "Paper Cup"), supposedly from Aug 4, 1967 or Aug 25, 1967, however someone also said it might be from January of 1968. Does anyone know? Screenshot:

I haven't been able to find a good episode guide to either one of these shows.

The last one I'm wondering about is this one:

Hoping someone can help me out, I have asked a lot of people but nobody seems to know.
