Dammit. Shoulda added "in mouth", although that was implied by "wearing it better". If we're going down this road then I think EVH tops Frank since he stuck his on the end of a Steinberger.

 

Keith initially when it was natural (enjoyment of a smoke while playing). Later it became more of a pose.

As a former working musician and a former smoker, I never could understand these guys who have a lit cigarette on stage with them. It never once occurred to me to smoke on stage. The practice of sticking the cigarette in the strings or whatever has always looked goofy to me.
