Hardly a pic that says “icon” though. I wouldn’t have known that was Bob Seger had somebody else not said so.

An iconic pic of Bob Seger would be a pic where he has the facial hair that 99% of rock fans associate with him. You've posted an obscure photo, not an iconic photo. This is an iconic photo

I believe that appears if the image is being linked from another website.

 

Seems that some people here are missing the point. The OP asked which artist photo is iconic to you. This pic is a textbook example. Whether or not you like the band, even if you've never heard them or have no idea who this is, this photo (and more importantly this pose) is iconic to millions of people.

A photo can be iconic to some but not to others. Liking the artist personally is another matter. You may hate Oasis. And that's okay. But millions love them and this pic is indeed iconic to those millions.
