Hard choice as I am a big Jethro Tull fan, but I would select: Thick as a brick Aqualung War Child The Chateau D’Herouville Sessions would be on my list if it was released as an official album. The sessions in my opinion are much better than the Passion Play album as it was released.
In my opinion almost everything Jethro Tull have done is better than Passion Play. That is an album that just does not resonate with me.
1. War Child 2. Thick as a Brick 3. Aqualung War Child is what introduced me to Till. It will always be my go-to album
That’s like asking which three senses you like best. If only three... 1. Thick As A Brick - Passion Play } tie 2. Heavy Horses - Songs From The Wood } tie 3. Stand Up - Benefit } tie 4. Aqualung - Too Old To Rock and Roll
Except Thick As A Brick is much better than Passion Play Songs From The Woods is much better than Heavy Horses Aqualung is much much much better than Too Old To Rock and Roll
This one's easy for me; even though it's true nothing is easy... In order of preference: This Was Stand Up Aqualung It is true that nothing is easy... Stand Up and Aqualung might have to be transposed. It depends on my mood. Although I'm sure; although I've never actually seen it Jethro's family album must be pretty interesting; especially if it includes pictures of him constructing the prototype of his plow.
