Rega RP3/Exact2/all GT mods/TTPSU

Just took advantage of the MD sale on the RP8, time to find a new home for the RP3. White plinth, Exact2 cart, TTPSU, Black delrin GT platter. GT reference subplatter, GT counterweight and record weight. Guessing 300-400ish hours on the stylus (best guess). Purchased new in mid ‘15. Original box, no original glass platter/plastic subplatter (lost in a move). NYC pickup preferred, but would be willing to ship...just nervous that UPS may break something regardless of the packing. Can discuss either way. Make me an offer, AMA, unsure of what the ask should be. Sounds absolutely fantastic. Trades for a pre considered, currently running a JD9 (Simaudio LP5.3, Parasonund JD3? Ideas welcome).
