Rhino return policy?

Hi, I have been emailing "Dr. Rhino" about exchanging my second record of Replacements For Sale: Live At Maxwells but have yet to get a response. The third side of the record is unplayable and its driving me crazy as it is the part of the set where the band really pepper the set list with hits. Has anybody had any luck exchanging records with Rhino?

 

They are not set up to take returns for general manufacturing defects. Return it to the point of sale.
